Seamless Support at Your Fingertips: SmartChoice Online Ordering

Welcome to the next step in convenience and choice at the Brookside Hunger Center.

 

Powered by SmartChoice, our new online ordering portal is designed to make your food assistance experience as seamless and personalized as possible.

Online Ordering Registration

To use the online ordering feature, you must be a registered client of the Brookside Hunger Center through both the FreshTrak pantry database and the SmartChoice platform.

 

Begin by completing the pre-registration form below:

Once submitted and reviewed, you'll receive a welcome email with your Shopper ID and password, granting you access to the SmartChoice web portal.

Accessing the Site

When you are ready to place an order, click the "Order Online" button located in the banner at the top of this page. You'll need to enter the Shopper ID and PIN that were provided in your welcome email to access the ordering portal.

Please remember, our system allows you to place an order once in each two-week period of the month. This means if you've already completed an order for the current period, you will need to wait until the next cycle begins to place another one. Our points system resets on the 1st and 15th of each month, ensuring fair access to food assistance for all our registered clients.
